Kim Zolciak-Biermann‘s 20-year-old daughter was involved in a shocking incident over the weekend.
She was arrested during a traffic stop on August 13, and the family remained silent on the matter until now!
In an exclusive statement to Celebuzz!, the Biermann family addressed the arrest and the rumors surrounding the incident.

On August 13, TMZ reported that Ariana Biermann was arrested for an alleged DUI. The influencer was booked on 3 charges but was released on bail the same day. According to the outlet, her boyfriend was with her during the time.
On Monday, August 15, the family’s lawyer told TMZ that the 20-year-old was involved in a minor accident prior to the booking.
“Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI,” Justin Spizman, her laywer, told the outlet. “Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the case. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them.”
Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann have also given their exclusive statement about the incident to Celebuzz!.
The couple said:
Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated an investigation for DUI of alcohol. Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired. That was not the case. While we have no further desire to litigate this case in the media, Ariana was not impaired by any substance, including alcohol or marijuana. Since she was being cooperative and honest, she admitted to consuming marijuana the day before, meaning over 24 hours prior to her contact with law enforcement. In addition, the arresting officer, as evidenced by his own police report, charged Ariana with impairment by alcohol. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she is not guilty of them. Thus, we appreciate the general public allowing this case to be tried on its merits, and not rhetoric or incorrect conclusions.

In a post from late July, Kim shared a photo of her and Ariana in matching black bathing suits.

Don’t Be Tardy was the title of Kim’s show, but it was recently canceled. During the time, a source revealed to Us Weekly Kim’s feelings on the show’s ending. “Kim’s not sad about Don’t Be Tardy ending. Yes, it’s emotional because of how long her family filmed the show and all the memories they created, but she sees this as a positive change,” they said. “She feels like she’s finally free after a 13-year-long relationship to get to do other projects she’s wanted to do.”
