Jenelle Evans Ex Arrested…Again!

Jenelle Evans‘s ex was on the run!

Last we heard, there was a warrant out for Keiffer Delp‘s arrest, but he hadn’t been seen since June. It appears police have been able to track him down, and he is currently behind bars.
