It’s not looking good for David Beador. Amidst the rough publicity about his ongoing divorce from Lesley Beador, it has come to light that her ex-husband filed a restraining order against David.
Page Six reported that Eriks Pukke asked the court for a temporary protective order on August 22nd.
The restraining order was supposed to expire last month, but Eriks’ legal team asked for it to be extended.
It’s not clear exactly why he filed for this motion, but Eriks clearly felt that he needed to be kept safe from David during the ongoing divorce drama.

The protective order requires David to stay at least 100 yards away from Eriks. It also commands him not to “harass, intimidate, molest, attack, strike, stalk, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), hit, abuse, destroy personal property of” Lesley’s first husband, as well as forbidding any form of contact between them.
There was also a civil harassment case filed, but David’s lawyers say that will be dismissed soon per an agreement between both sides.
Representatives for Lesley and Eriks did not respond to the outlet for comment.
Last month TMZ reported that David, filed for divorce from his wife after almost two years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Lesley later claimed that her husband backtracked on his decision to file for divorce.
“My husband filed a request for dismissal a few days ago,” she wrote in an Instagram story. “Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.”
Page Six reported that Lesley’s claims are false.
According to a public information officer for the Superior Court of California in Orange County told the outlet that there hasn’t been any dismissal for the petition “at this time.”
On Wednesday they also confirmed that no request was waiting to be filed and there was no evidence of a dismissal request in the court docket.
