Trouble in paradise? Fans are discussing the “red flags” that they see between
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker. Many have speculated that the marriage will not last.
Someone on Reddit explained, “The PDA is just not normal. For couples of any age… but especially for a couple in their mid-40s.”
They believe that it’s a big warning sign.
“The relationship seems centered on lust and infatuation and Kourtney actually comes off as emotionally immature to me,” their comment continued. “It just feels love-bomby and not genuine. There is no way they will still be acting like this 10 years from now, and without the physical stuff I don’t know that I believe their relationship is rooted in anything deeper than that.
The user concluded, “I think it will blow up.”
One response noted their “red flags all over the place.”
Many comments agreed that it does not seem built to last.
“I know they were friends before, but it seems like a mostly lust based relationship. I think they will last until the passion fades,” a fan speculated.
Another user guessed that they will be married for “5-7 years which is forever in Hollywood terms.”
There were some optimistic takes.
“I think they’ll be annoying, corny, and lame together for years to come,” someone else guessed.
Though Kourtney and Travis only got married earlier this year, they are already ready for the next step.
A source confirmed to Us Weekly that the couple is still trying to get pregnant.
“Their pregnancy story is going to unfold more on the next season of The Kardashians,” explained the insider. “They both want another child and want to expand their family, but most importantly they really want a child together.”
While the first season was focused highly on the pair’s engagement and fertility journey, it is reported that season 2 will shine a greater light on the couple’s journey to getting pregnant.
The mother of three briefly discussed her experience with IVF at moments during the show. “The fertility journey, Travis and I, we stay in the moment and just do the steps that we need to do,” she revealed. “It is nice to hear good news and have some positivity. We love that, but we just wait to hear the final words.”
